Financial Aid
Springfield Beauty Academy has been approved by the US Department of Education to participate in several Title IV programs of the Higher Education Act of 1965, specifically the Federal Pell Grant and Federal Family of Educational Loans. We are one of the few school in the Northern Virginia area that qualify for this assistance.
The Federal Pell Grant Program
This money is available to students that qualify with a determined financial need. Recipients of this program could receive between $5350 and $8,800 toward tuition, depending on the starting date and attendance. If received, Pell Grant money is not required to be paid back. This means if you qualify for a Pell Grant you get free money!
Student Loans
Students may get loans from the federal government through the Federal Family of Education Program if they qualify. These funds must be repaid to the government, usually after graduation or after ceasing to attend school.
